About the Project
UPSCALE Project is a forward-thinking Erasmus+ initiative co-funded by the European Union. It aims to enhance the employability of university graduates in Botswana and Eswatini by introducing dual career pathways and a graduate employability tracking system. Launched in December 2024, this collaborative effort includes five African universities and four prestigious European institutions.
This project has been funded with support from the European Commission, within ERASMUS+ programme.
